Every WINCO generator is built in Le Center, Minnesota, manufacturing facility. It gets cold in Minnesota and we understand how to make sure your generator will start when you need it. Each liquid-cooled packaged standby generator comes standard with a jacket heater to keep your engine block warm and ready to start. The PSS40 is no exception. Another key to cold weather starting on the WINCO PSS40 (all liquid cooled models) is the battery charger. WINCO uses a three stage charger that maintains the battery at optimal level without overcharging or reducing the life and performance of your battery.
