One annual Major A preventive maintenance visit for air-cooled standby generators, 8–28 kW. Includes travel, full inspection of the generator and automatic transfer switch, engine oil and oil filter change, air filter replacement, spark plug service, battery load test, controller and fault-code review, transfer test, and run under load. Manufacturer maintenance kit and oil included. Written service report provided the following business day. Covers one scheduled visit per year; repairs and additional work quoted separately.
