Multiquip MQ DCA36SPXU4F Generator 36kW Single Phase Isuzu Tier 4 Final Env

The Multiquip DCA36SPXU4F is a WhisperWatt Super Silent mobile diesel generator rated 36 kVA prime, built around an Isuzu 4LE2X. Built for rental fleets and contractors — equipment that gets moved constantly and maintained on a schedule.

A note on the numbers. Multiquip's own data sheet and product page disagree on noise dba, hp rpm, dimensions for this model, so we have left that figure off rather than pick one. Ask us and we will get it confirmed by the factory.

Altitude

Multiquip does not publish a derate figure for the DCA line — not on the data sheets, not on the product pages, and not in the manuals we could reach. We are not going to invent one. What Multiquip does publish is the engine: this machine runs a Isuzu 4LE2X.

That is a turbocharged engine, which holds its rating at elevation far better than a naturally aspirated one because the turbo restores intake density that thin air takes away. On the Front Range that difference is worth real money.

We are at 6,035 ft in Colorado Springs and we sell into sites well above that. Tell us the elevation and the duty and we will get the derate in writing from Multiquip before you order, rather than after.
