Valve Clearance Inspection and Adjustment — 2 Cylinder Air Cooled

Valve lash inspection and adjustment performed on site by a qualified technician.

Includes: removal of valve covers; rotation of the engine to top dead center on each cylinder; measurement of intake and exhaust valve clearance against manufacturer specification; adjustment as required; cleaning of sealing surfaces; reinstallation of valve covers to specified torque; operational run and leak check. Measured clearances are recorded before and after adjustment and documented in the service report.

Not included: valve cover gaskets and other consumable parts, billed separately if replacement is required.

Additional work identified during the visit will be quoted separately for approval.
